I did manage to get in my run yesterday. I ran at Pleasant Valley Country Club in Little Rock. I have run on the roads around the golf course before - sometimes with Lauren Landrum - but this time I actually ran on the course. There was nobody golfing, and, in fact, the course was closed, so I had it all to myself. I mostly ran in the grass, but occasionally I would run on the cart path. The soft surface felt good. The elevation profile is taken from USGS data, but I think it is somewhat understated for this golf course. My Garmin showed more than double the elevation gain (but Garmin elevation readings are highly unreliable, usually overstating the elevation changes), and I think the true elevation change is somewhere between the two. If you look at my pace, it will probably give you a better indication of the true elevation profile. Activity
